What Clynder is

Clynder is an introduction service. We connect homeowners in the Everett area (Everett, Lake Stevens, Marysville, Mukilteo, Mill Creek and Snohomish, WA) with local contractors. We are not a party to any agreement between a homeowner and a contractor.

Using Clynder is free for homeowners. You are responsible for choosing a contractor and for all agreements, pricing, and payments you make with them directly. We encourage you to confirm the contractor's registration or license yourself at the Washington Department of Labor & Industries website.

We never resell your leads and never take a cut of your jobs.

Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the work you perform, your pricing, your agreements with homeowners, and following all laws that apply to your work. You agree to cover Clynder for any claims, losses, or costs that come from your work or your dealings with homeowners.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Snohomish County, Washington.
